  1. Click on the image below that you would like to download.
  2. The full-size image will open in a new tab.
  3. Right-click on the image in the new tab, then click on “save image as” to complete your file download.

Branded Background Instructions

Please follow the instructions below to ensure branded backgrounds display correctly in Google Meet.

  • Before or during the meeting, go to “Backgrounds and Effects” and turn off “Framing”.
  • Once you have joined, hover over your video, click the three dots, and select “Show my full video to others,” then confirm.
  • To ensure a consistent view for all participants, click “Adjust View” within a meeting and disable “Auto (dynamic)” by selecting “Tiled (legacy)”, “Spotlight”, or “Sidebar”.
