    2019 – 2020 Credits

    The BNI CME office offered multiple opportunities to receive CME credits during the 2019-20 academic year (activities occurring between September 6th, 2019, and June 30, 2020). Among the CME events were 3 regularly scheduled series:

    • Neurosurgery Grand Rounds (Fridays at 8:30am)
    • Neurology Clinical Case Conference (Fridays at 7:30am)
    • Neurology Grand Rounds (Fridays at 8:30am)

    Accessing Your CME Records

    All 2019/20 CME credits offered at BNI were accredited under the Dignity Health East Valley CME committee and are recorded in their system of record. By attending a CME event offered at BNI, an account was automatically created for you in the East Valley CME portal using your email as your unique identifier. If this is your first time logging into their portal, you will need to create an account, set a new password, and update your CME profile information before printing your transcript.

    Directions for accessing the Dignity Health East Valley portal:  
    (chrome browser recommended)

    1. Create an account
      1. Go to Dignity Health East Valley’s CME website to create your account: https://cmetracker.net/EVCME/Publisher?page=pubOpen&nc=9084129609#/transcript
      2. Select the “Sign In” option
      3. Enter the email address that you used for attendance.  NOTE: If you used multiple email addresses during the year, use your official employee email to locate and create your account
      4. A one-time use code will be sent to your email account (be sure to check your spam folder)
      5. After you enter your secret code, you will be prompted to create a new password
    1. Sign in with your new account
      1. After setting your password, you will be required to sign in using your email and new password
    1. Update your CME profile information
      1. Complete the required fields of the profile section and click “Submit”
      2. You are now able to access your records
    1. Generate transcript
      1. Choose the “Transcript” option from the menu
      2. Enter in the date range for your transcript
      3. Print your transcript
        1. NOTE: If you do not see a transcript, check your “pop-up” blocking settings for this page

    Missing Attendance Records

    If you find that you have not received credit for Barrow CME events that you have attended, you can request that your record be updated. To do this, follow these instructions.

    • Download the weekly topic list below (excel spreadsheet)
    • Denote the events you did not receive credit for by highlighting the row in RED
    • Email the list to [email protected]
    • All updated lists will be submitted to St. Joseph’s CME department at the end of July to be updated in the system
