Accessing Your CME Records

All 2020-2021 Grand Rounds and Clinical Case Conference CME credits offered at BNI are accredited under the Dignity Health East Valley CME committee and are recorded in their system of record. By attending a CME event offered at BNI, an account was automatically created for you in the DH East Valley CME portal using your email as your username. If this is your first time logging into the portal, you will need to set up your account. Directions for account set up are below.

Written Instructions

  1. Create an account
    1. Go to Dignity Health East Valley’s CME website to create your account: https://cmetracker.net/EVCME/Publisher?page=pubOpen&nc=9084129609#/transcript
    2. Select the “Sign In” option
    3. Enter the email address that you used for attendance
      1. NOTE: If you used multiple email addresses during the year, use your official employee email to locate and create your account
    4. A one-time use code will be sent to your email account (be sure to check your spam folder)
    5. After you enter your secret code, you will be prompted to create a new password
  1. Sign in with your new account
    1. After setting your password, you will be required to sign in using your email and new password
  1. Update your CME profile information
    1. Complete the required fields of the profile section and click “Submit”
    2. You are now able to access your records
  1. Generate transcript
    1. Choose the “Transcript” option from the menu
    2. Enter in the date range for your transcript
    3. Print your transcript
      1. NOTE: If you do not see a transcript, check your “pop-up” blocking settings for this page
