Jazz JZP385-201 Essential Tremor

This is a 12-week, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized, parallel-group, multicenter study of the safety and efficacy of JZP385 in the treatment of adult participants with moderate to severe essential tremor.

Purpose

The purpose of this study is to find out whether an investigational drug called JZP385 is safe and works in treating moderate to severe essential tremor. This study will be double-blind placebo controlled.

Who can participate

Males and females between the ages of 18-80 years old, with a diagnosis of moderate to severe essential tremor. May stay on current essential tremor medication except for primidone.

Visits

Twelve study visits (both clinical and phone visits) over 21 weeks.
