    The Project, Independence, and Empowerment (PIE) Program is for people who have gone through the rehabilitation continuum within the last 24 months at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center (inpatient or outpatient neuro-rehabilitation), the Center for Transitional Neuro-Rehabilitation, the Muhammed Ali Parkinson Center, or any other Barrow program. PIE participants may use some or all of the services at the following organizations:

    • Access to community resources and information to assist with the transition from the hospital to the community
