Charlotte Myers, MS, ANP-C, is a nurse practitioner in the Neuro-Oncology Program at Barrow Neurological Institute.
Ms. Myers specializes in the compassionate and supportive care of individuals with brain tumors and their families, which includes conversations, education, and symptom palliation. Her journey began more than 20 years ago when her mother was diagnosed with glioblastoma. Ms. Myers desires to help support patients on their journey from tumor diagnosis through active treatments and onto survivorship care. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses, and the Society for Neuro-Oncology.
Ms. Myers earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, and her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Health Nurse Practitioner from Arizona State University. She is currently enrolled in the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) certificate program at Grand Canyon University.
Her research interests include health-related quality of life, patient outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
