Joseph Ostler, MD, PhD
Physical Medicine and Neuro-Rehabilitation
Joseph Ostler, MD, PhD, is a brain injury specialist in the Neuro-Rehabilitation Center at Barrow Neurological Institute. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Ostler’s expertise includes managing patients with brain tumors, strokes, and other types of brain injuries across the continuum of care. He is a member of the American Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Ostler earned his medical degree and his PhD from the Medical Scientist Training Program at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus. He completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
