Mark Salevitz, MD, is an ophthalmologist of the Cleft and Craniofacial Center at Barrow Neurological Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Salevitz’s expertise includes general ophthalmology and strabismus. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, the Arizona Ophthalmology Society, and the Phoenix Ophthalmology Society.

Dr. Salevitz received his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in ophthalmology at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital and completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami.

Dr. Salevitz’s research interests include strabismus in adults and children.
