Mississippi Boy Returns to Basketball Court Just Weeks after Brain Surgery

Just weeks following a lifesaving brain surgery, 10-year-old Monty “Deuce” Noblitt of Ocean Springs is back in school and recently returned to the basketball court – an amazing feat considering the massive lesion that was recently removed from his brain. In October, Noblitt traveled to Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix to treat the very complex, rare and deadly brain malformation that comprised of abnormal clusters of blood vessels.
