ALS Community Needs Assessment Survey

The goal of this project is to conduct a comprehensive community needs assessment to better understand the perspectives of ALS patients and their caregivers. The project focuses on identifying gaps in resources, information and training, as well as overall satisfaction of ALS care. Through an electronic survey, this assessment will explore the needs related to ALS care, support, information, and training in an effort to improve the health related quality of life for the ALS community.
