Genomics

We offer library construction and short-read sequencing of prepared libraries on the Illumina NextSeq2000, capturing a range of 400 million to 1.2 billion reads. Our services include short-read bulk (Takara SMART-Seq) and single-cell RNA (10x) sequencing to capture the transcriptome of human and mouse samples, and we are open to exploring alternative sequencing applications. Please contact us if you are interested.

In addition to library construction and sequencing, we offer various methods of measuring and analyzing genomic materials utilizing our Qubit 4 Fluorometer, QuantStudio 6 Flex, Nanodrop One, QIAxcel Connect, and Nanostring nCounter SPRINT profiler.
