Scott Frank, MD

Neuroanesthesiologist

Scott Frank, MBA, FASA, is a neuroanesthesiologist at Barrow Neurological Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Frank’s expertise includes anesthesia care for patients requiring complex neurosurgical treatments.  He is a fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiology and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Arizona Medical Association, and the Arizona Society of Anesthesiologists.

Dr. Frank earned his medical degree from SUNY Buffalo State University, where he also completed his anesthesiology residency. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business in Charlottesville.

Dr. Frank is also dedicated to creating an efficient and supportive work environment and to optimizing patient experience and safety. His strengths include process and quality improvement, multidisciplinary committee collaboration, and education.
