About the Course

The Microsurgical Academy for Strategy, Technique, Excellence, and Revascularization (MASTER) Course brings together leading voices in microsurgery to showcase exceptional cases, refine technique, and advance the next generation of surgical leadership.

This year, 10 invitations will be extended for the meeting, taking place January 28–30, 2027, in Stowe, Vermont at The Lodge at Spruce Peak.

At the conclusion of the meeting, awards will be presented including the “Best Case Award”. Fellows and residents may submit and present, but the attending surgeon must be present in person to be eligible for the Best Case Award.

Submission Guidelines

To be considered, surgeons must submit an edited, narrated video featuring de-identified clinical information, pre- and post-operative imaging, justification for the chosen approach, and relevant instrumentation/equipment. Any and all microsurgical cases will be considered, including those demonstrating staged or collaborative treatment strategies, those resulting in complications or alternative outcomes, and innovative or novel techniques and strategies.

Submissions should be emailed to: [email protected] and [email protected]. If selected, applicants must also mail the full unedited case video on a USB drive by November 26, 2026.
