Simulator-based training program for improving driving skills in patients with multiple sclerosis: a phase II proof-of concept pilot study.

The primary aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of a speed of processing training program conducted in a driving simulator in improving speed of processing in multiple sclerosis patients measured by the UFOV test composite score.

The secondary aims are to determine the variability and point effect size of the potential phase III outcome measure: simulation performance index (SPI) in the MS patient population.
