Ryan B. Ehredt, MS
Spine VR Laboratory
Ryan B. Ehredt, MS, is a medical virtual reality developer and medical Illustrator by training. His work in the Sonntag Spine Center is to design and generate applications based on the expertise and guidance of neurosurgical faculty and residents.
Ryan received his master’s of science degree in biomedical visualization from the University of Illinois at Chicago. During his studies, he focused primarily on medical applications development in virtual reality. After graduating, Ryan joined Dr. Uribe’s team, where he has investigated novel tools for neurosurgical education and training using virtual reality, mixed reality, 3D printing and artificial intelligence.
