- Personalized Recommendations: At the end of the day, you’ll receive a customized treatment and wellness plan, which is also shared with your referring provider.
- Individual Evaluations: Meet privately with each specialist to review your current health status, mobility, and daily living needs.
- Community Resources Presentation: Hear from local organizations and partners during a lunchtime session, offering education and opportunities for ongoing engagement.

How to Get Started
To participate in the Barrow SCI Wellness Clinic, you must have a referral from your physician.
The referral should be written for a physical/occupational therapy evaluation, attn: SCI Wellness Clinic, and faxed to: (602) 294-5035.
