U.S News Again Names Barrow Neuro-Rehab Among Nation’s Best
For the fifth consecutive year, U.S. News & World Report has named Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona as one of the country’s “Best Hospitals for Rehabilitation.”
U.S. News publishes the “Best Hospitals” rankings across multiple specialties each year to help patients find, in consultation with their doctors, the right hospital for their health care needs.
To develop the 2026-27 rehabilitation list, U.S. News evaluated 1,131 rehabilitation hospitals around the country using data from publicly available sources like Medicare. Reviewers considered several factors, including prevention of hospital readmission, patient volume, reputation, and CARF accreditation.

In addition to this highly skilled, multidisciplinary team, Barrow boasts a suite of neuro-robotic devices and other advanced rehabilitation technologies. Many Barrow therapists have undergone special training in these devices, and the Center is continuously researching and implementing the latest technologies.
