For nearly 60 years, we have grown, along with Phoenix and the rest of the country, to meet the demand for novel and creative ways to treat, understand, and teach about the most wonderous, mysterious system of the human body and the conditions that afflict it.

What the next 60 years will bring is unknown, but the Barrow commitment to accept challenges, reject norms, and push boundaries in the relentless pursuit of providing the best care and cures for people living with neurological disease will never waver.
