Bradley Shane, MD, is a neurologist in the Lewis Headache Center and an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at Barrow Neurological Institute. He is board certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Shane’s expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of facial pain, migraine, post-traumatic headache, and other headache disorders. He takes an interdisciplinary, patient-centered approach to care, collaborating with a variety of specialists to provide comprehensive treatment. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Headache Society.

Dr. Shane earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, where he also completed his neurology residency. He completed two fellowships at the University of California, Los Angeles, one in headache and facial pain through the Goldberg Migraine Program and the other in sports neurology and neurotrauma through the Steve Tisch BrainSPORT Program.

Dr. Shane’s research interests include post-traumatic headache and innovative treatments for migraine and other headache disorders. He also has a passion for health equity and preventative medicine in underserved and diverse communities—values instilled in him while growing up in Johannesburg, South Africa.
