Joseph DiDomenico, MD, is a neurosurgeon in the Department of Neurosurgery at Barrow Neurological Institute.
Dr. DiDomenico specializes in the care of all adult spinal pathologies, including degenerative conditions, adult spinal deformity, and spinal tumors. Dr. DiDomenico’s research interests include decision-making algorithms in spinal care, sports-related spine injuries, and return-to-play protocols.
