Gregory W. Fulton ALS & Neuromuscular Disease Center
At a Glance: The Fulton Center
The Gregory W. Fulton ALS and Neuromuscular Disease Center was founded to draw from the deep well of existing amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) resources, and to improve upon the care and current research for ALS and other neuromuscular disorders.
Our Center offers comprehensive, 360-degree care within one location. Our physicians and research scientists partner with you to deliver frontline therapies, while simultaneously working to move the needle on the next generation of treatments. This translates into greater access to advanced clinical trials and promising research for our patients. We’re also proud to carry the distinction of being an ALS Association Certified Treatment Center of Excellence and a member of the MDA Care Center Network.
The Fulton Center is located in Barrow Neurological Institute at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. For more information or to request an appointment, please give us a call at (602) 406-6262.
Update: At Barrow Neurological Institute, we strive to provide the highest level of sub-specialized neurological care to our patients. As such, an organizational decision was made to transition appointments away from telehealth and into our offices so that we can provide hands-on, personalized care. We understand that it can be difficult to travel for in-person care, and we appreciate your flexibility. We look forward to seeing you in our offices for your next visit.
