Meredith Fonseca, MA, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist at the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at Barrow Neurological Institute. She is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech-language pathology through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Ms. Fonseca’s expertise includes working with individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, traumatic brain injury, and normal pressure hydrocephalus. She provides evaluation and treatment for speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic disorders and is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT LOUD), LSVT e-LOUD, and SpeechVive. Ms. Fonseca is a multilingual service provider and can perform therapy in English, Spanish, or Brazilian.
Ms. Fonseca received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and earned her master’s degree from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
